The food here is very delicious and high quality. Big Poppa burrito is my go to and I cannot recommend it enough. The staff working here are always very pleasant. Definitely the best poke spot around.

Love building my own bowl. Tasty tuna marinade and sliced ocotpus mmm. The toppings are plenty and interesting. Favorite place for poke.

Was convinced to try the new Tacos by the server before ordering a bowl. The shrimp tempura taco had great flavor and nice crunch. The chicken teriyaki taco was even better with some of the best mango salsa I’ve ever had.

Excellent place to grab a quick bite. The poke bowls are always delicious, rally fresh ingredients and super tasty flavors. The team there are always very nice as well. Highly recommended if you’re ever in Montclair!

This is my second time here and although I do not remember what I had the first time, my second time the food is really good. I’m more of a hot foods person, so I went with salmon teriyaki and it’s delicious. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Carmelo and he is the nicest person ever. He was very welcoming. I tried the shrimp tempura taco and it’s soooooo good. Would definitely recommend this place!

This place easily has to be one of the best food spots in Montclair. Reasonably priced and always fresh. I’ve ordered delivery on Uber eats and picked up in person, and it’s been top notch quality every time. Photo: The Big Catch.

Proven Poke Co has quickly become my go to spot for poke. The quality of the fish is consistently top notch. Super fresh and perfectly cut fish. I love the customization options also, everything from the base to the sauces and toppings is spot on. The proportions are generous and the ingredients always taste super fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful which makes the whole expensive even better I highly recommend this place.
